idk y but im scared 2 be in 5ft of water. im 5"2 and can swim in 4ft. i hate going swiming with my cousin cause they leave me to be in 5ft. sometimes i try to go in 5ft but then i start breathing hard when i cant touch the floor n feeling the water rise. once my fam and friends went on a vacation we had 1 more days before we left so we was going to get in the pool. everyone was in but me so i rushed down there. the pool went from 3 to 6 i was so scared.guess where my friends and family was in 6ft so i left scry

It's just because you are outside your safety zone. I posted here once before about my mum. She can swim but as soon as she goes out of her depth she starts to panic and breath hard just like you. That's pretty unfair how your family are being but maybe you should spend some time explaining how it makes you feel and then they might understand better.

Well, I'm 5'11''..So I'm fine in 5ft.... But yeah, I'm scared to go where my feet can't touch the bottom.. sconfused
