RE: Car Accidents?
I have been a passenger in three car accidents in my life; the last one being just a little over a year ago. Some pretty miraculous incidents happened during and after the last one. Though our Jeep was a write-off I wasn't hurt at all, just in shock and was told I had PTSD. My husband suffered a few cuts on his head. It's a Miracle he wasn't hurt more or killed as the roof on his side was almost totally smashed in. Just thinking about almost losing him gives me chills! If we weren't wearing our seat belts, I'm sure we wouldn't be around now.

A good Samaritan came along a few moments later and stayed with us through the entire time of hospital, police reports, and notifying our sons. His wife, who worked with the Police, helped me a lot as well. I'll always be grateful to them!

I still don't like going on snowy/icy roads. Sometimes take a travel tab on longer trips.

I'm glad to hear that everyone got out of that last car accident without too many injuries luba. Blob5 It does sound as if you and your husband had luck on your side at the time. And it's nice to be reminded that there are still nice, genuinely caring people out there, eh?

And when you say that you take a travel tab, what exactly do you mean?

And I can understand you disliking snowy/icy roads. Undecided This winter was the first winter that I was able to drive alone and... I never knew that the driving conditions get as poor as they do. It's one thing being in the passenger seat and another to be actually driving.

For sure! I refer to them both as Angels because they took such great care of us!Smile

They actually are called "Travel Tabs" for the prevention of nausea, vomiting, or dizziness due to motion sickness. They can be bought at a drugstore by asking the druggist for some. They sure help with any nervousness or anxiety when traveling.
