How's it going Stu? You been posting much here? I have not been on the site much, life has been hectic. I was going to play the ofear bingo but had too many things to do and I prefer being outside to being on a computer except when I am bored or waiting for someone like right now.... Anyhow, I hope you are doing well angel11

Hey beachgirl, things are going ok thanks, lots of progression from my girlfriend with the cbt therapy, she has got to the stage now where she's not fighting it, cause when she does it just causes more upset for her, think she is slowly learning this and that the the things she goes into are thoughts only more so on the fighting than the thoughts, thoughts are hard to battle with but she's getting there and not letting fear overpower her Smile

Stu

That's awesome happy3 It always great to hear about people making strides in their effiorts to overcome their anxiety or just problems in general. Tell her to keep at it and it will continue to get even better for her. Great to hear from you Big Grin

I have never felt better than the last several years and I owe it all to CBT and the TEA formsBlob5

Thanks Snooks I am and it has indeed.
Honestly for most of my life I lived in fear and didn't even realize it was possible to feel as good as I do now and I am determined to never go back.
Hope this finds you well and thanks for making my dayTongue
