Re: Chris's (Cpt_Stunning's) diary.
Sorry, I haven't been on here much, winter was terrible for my mood, meds knocked me out & I slept a lot. I got through it OK, unfortunately being 35 a lot of friends that I used to have, I don't see anymore, them being married with kids, moved away & all that. I don't feel scared so much, people around me seemed to understand that I had a genuine problem for a long time, & are OK around me so I got no real problems with people around me.

Anyway, I'll be on here more soon.

Today is the first day of the rest of my life

Glad to see you back on the forum Cpt. shappy

Sorry to hear that the winter wasn't the greatest for you. Are you looking forward to the nicer weather? Anyways, it sounds like you're doing ok, which is good to hear.

Hi everyone, I'm still around but fed up with it all, it's my Mum's 60th birthday tomorrow, yay, & my 36th birthday next month, I hope you've all been doing OK, I'm pretty doing what I've been doing for years, wake up feeling a bit scared, do what I have do during the day, without much enjoyment, just looking forward to the evening, when I can relax, have a couple of beers & go on the net, it just goes on & on. smad

Thanky ou Harold, it was nice to wish me happy birthday.

Sorry I wasn't on here on Thursday, I had too much to drink, I had more to drink on Friday evening, I didn't have to get up for work, so I'm sober now, I'll be on here often, thank you Harold.

I feel spaced out with life, I like the late evening & night-time, I woke up last night, it was raining, peaceful & serene. Daytime gets to me, all the cars & people & hectic stuff going on, I love waking up looking at the clock, & maybe it's 2am so I can go back to sleep, bliss.

Ditto!
And I also like the feeling of randomly waking up at night to realise that you still have hours left to sleep. I actually used to set my alarm clock a few hours before I actually had to get up, just to get that feeling.
Night can also be the time when the mind starts going over things though, sometimes the daytime is better in that aspect ...there's always something going on around you, so it's difficult to think things through too much. sconfused

Congratulations on becoming an uncle Cpt! Blob5

You're in a similar position to me - I became one for the first time about 3 months ago now.

Also, glad to hear that you're feeling a lot more relaxed and happy.
