Coping with A Loved One's Disorder
I suffer from major depression/agoraphobia/panic disorder.
it has gotten worse these past few months and its affecting every aspect of my life.
working, driving, taking care of my family. I have a hard time leaving my home, and when I have to, thats a whole other issue

my husband doesnt really understand any of it, even though Ive been dealing with this through out our entire relationship (9 yrs)

he dismisses my disorder and i think he thinks im just trying to be a diva.. Sad

I want to find some books where I can have him read to help him understand what I live with each and everyday in my head.
anyone have any ideas? links?
