Dealing with anxiety
I suffer from anxiety and currently not taking any medication as I prefer to deal with using natural non medical methods.

I drink moderately, swim frequetly, avoid negative situation or people to ease anxiety. However it is now much better than earlier in the year but I still find it a little hard to deal with sometimes especially in a social situation. I find it hard to talk to people and being deaf does not help sometimes. Any tips please.

Re: Dealing with anxiety
Using natural cures while dealing with anxiety and panic attacks, may seem too un-medical to be helpful with a problem as daunting as anxiety disorder! But really, any successful anxiety cure.
Indeed, the normal road to anxiety cure has traditionally been a slow one. This is because one way to beat anxiety is to let yourself suffer anxiety attacks while developing a passive attitude. This can work but it takes persistence and patients.

If you want to stay on natural remedies and decisive not to use medical treatment, I think small group discussion can help you. It will develop your exposure to social functions.

Re: Dealing with anxiety
You made a right decision on not to take medication. They may cause side effects which more difficult to treat. Medication should only be taken if the condition is uncontrollable. Try counseling therapy. It make you expose your self with other people and it may develop you personality on dealing with others.
