deep water
when i was five i nearly drowned in very deep water,if my uncle hadnt been there i would of drowned but since then i am nervous in deep water or any water that goes past my nose while am standing
its kinda like if u stick ur hand in a fire u will burn it and u aint likely 2 try it again
well for years i avoided deep water preferin the shallows of a swimmin pool,i can swim i just dnt like deep water anyways eventually i was able 2 go in deep water but only if i was right by the edge so i could hold on,of course this got me sent back into the shallows coz the lifeguards thoughts i couldnt swim
a few years back somethin weird happened,i was in a swimmin pool and my sister the youngest one started panickin, she was in deep end ,without thinkin i automatically went towards her away from the edge and straight into deep water,it was as if my sisters life was far more important then my fear, and my fear was overrided by the need 2 help her, lucky enough my other sister,i have 2 who is by far a better swimmer got 2 the youngest one first and once i knew she was safe i quickly retreated back 2 the edge,ok i hadnt gone far from the edge, but still it was an achivement, mind u since then i still dnt like goin away from the edge

Re: deep water
You were very brave to have helped your sister regardless of your fear thats a very big step out of your safety zone kazza.
