Hey,

I posted just a minute ago with details of my horrible horrible phobia (toilet phobia). It's basically the same as emetophobia, but fear of going to the toilet and not being able to get there in time so ppl/friends see or hear or whatever.

So, I sort of know the cycle involved....can u talk about urs?

Yes, I hate it, I'm sick about once a month, the fear of being sick can often make you sick.
