scry ok so this fear its been going on for just a lil while everytime a plane flies over the house all I think is that the plane is going to crash into the house. My heart starts pounding so hard and I wanna cry ,and run is horrible, but I am 22 and the fear just started I don't know why...but I know something must have trigged it. please if yall have something similar let me know of know why this might of happend

I'm sorry, I don't have a fear or anything related to what you have but I just thought I'd welcome you to the forum.

So, you have no idea what might have triggered your fear? Maybe something small like watching a movie about a plane crashing? Or a TV show?

Anyways, hopefully someone with a similar fear'll come along and offer you some more help. shappy

Do you live pretty close to an airport then? How often do you get these planes flying over?

Have you been anywhere to get help yet?

As Ana said hopefully someone who can relate to this post will see it sooner or late and will give you some helpful feedback as to how he/she copes with this particular fear.
