Fear of ovals
Hello, I'm new to this site. I have a couple of known phobias such as claustrophobia trypophobia and kenophobia.

When I was 8 years old I had a repeating dream of me alone in a storage room full of crates. I was walking towards a crate with a large rectangular hole that I could see what is inside. The crate was striped with yellow red and black. When I was really close to it I was to look inside and see an oval and I get sucked into it and wake up in the middle of the night like I tripped.

A few months ago creating a horror game, coincidentally and also failed, about doors. I accidentally switched the door texture with the ceiling light texture with was a circle. I ended up with this. It made me feel very uneasy. I had a close friend, who was known to have claustrophobia, come over after some time and I decided to put it to the test. He was not trypophobic but when I shown him this, he had the same feeling as I did. I know it was not my kenophobia or claustrophobia because I could imagine my yellow floor mat with a light blue circle on it which is nothing and the uneasiness of a light blue oval.

What I am trying to find out is what other phobia do I have. I have searched oval phobia and other terms and found nothing. Is there anybody with the same problem?

I actually have a similar phobia.

Ever since reading and watching videos of the creepypasta "Sonic.exe", I've developed a fear of ovals (specifically slanted ovals). Why? Because of the slanted oval behind the words you see when you enter a stage. I get freaked out whenever I see one. It reminds me of the creepypasta.

I hope this made you feel better and less insane. But maybe we're both insane.
