HI Jonny (Uzibah here) I found that video to be rather interesting and quite accurate. What program did you use to make it in? I would like to make one similar to that, at least along the same idea.

Your right it was a very informative video. I didnt actually make it myself but got it from the British Agoraphobic Society so I cant help you with making one im afraid.

Very interesting, the start of the film is very similar to how I feel except, I am fine if there is no one else around.

i thought it portrayed agoraphobia very well!

That video may be sort in length, but it had it explained very well what it is like to be an agoraphobic!!

that was great yep definately how an agorophobic person feels but I also find I'm scared I'm going to have a panic attack in the middle of a shopping mall and everyone will stare.

Destiny, I'm exactly the same. I think that is why I no longer go out because I always used to think I would have a panic attack & everyone would stare & that would make me worse so to prevent having a panic attack in public I stopped going out & now I'm absolutely petrified of going outside.

What did I think of this movie?

Oh very truthful and poignant.....i.e. the shallow breathing (yes,since I was a teenager,) the rapid heart beat, the tight chest.....now days...what is most prevalent with me.....my throat constricting....esp. trying to swallow liquids. (as well eating.) Not very pleasant.
