Hows your job going Anna are you happy there? Is it hard work? You said somewhere you were doing 12hr shifts, that can be quite trying at first, i hope you are feeling ok doing them now.

Is it what you had hoped it would be and the type of job you will do for life, or is it just something to get you by?

I'm pretty happy with my job, thanks. Blob5 At the end of the day, it's work, but I love the people. I work with the elderly which, to be honest, can be very trying at times. You need to have a boatload of patience some days. But they're full of life lessons that they rarely keep to themselves. Which I appreciate. I get to spend my days with people from all kinds of different backgrounds, which is always beneficial.

As for the 12 hour shifts, those are nothing. Laughing6 I got use to them. Luckily, I don't work them too often anymore though.

And I think my job is more than I'd hoped it would be. As stupid as it sounds, I've grown up a lot since I started there. I don't think I expected it to make as many changes to me personally as it has. As far as doing this particular job the rest of my life goes... I think that'd only work if I lived with my parents the rest of my life as well. Tongue I like the company though and I'm interested in the health care field. So, I'm hoping with the experience I gain now, I'll be able to find something within the company that I'd like to do or something similar outside of the company.

My current job'll definitely do for now though. I'm just grateful to be employed.
