Have you ever...
Have you ever had to leave a place very quickly because of your phobia and where was you?

Walmart.
It was so busy that I just got freaked out and walked out of the store as quickly as possible.
My Mom was really angry with me about it.

Me too. Oops

Why do dogs bark?

They are not barking, they are talking in dog. Obviously you don't understand the language.

Ana, my mum gets really fed up with me for the same reasons. She gets frustrated when we are walking down the street and I will suddenly disappear because I've seen a dog. I can't help it though...

Sorry to hear that. :?
I guess they get annoyed but honestly, it isn't fair.
I try to let my Mom know that the stores busy and I'd like to leave but she ignores me or tells me that it'll be alright.
I'm ok until I start getting a headache and feel as if I'll faint.

It must be very difficult during holiday seasons when people are out crazy buying presents for family. The stores are bad enough for me without any phobia!!

I walked out of a wedding shower one time because I just did feel comfortable being around all the people I really didn't know.

 I'd never go shopping if it were that busy here all the time!

... Ok, well, I wouldn't go shopping as much as I do now.

Re: Have you ever...
I have ran away from so many places, mostly it's shops & the Super Market.

The first time my boyfriend took me grocery shopping I had my panic attack in the middle of the supermarket. I asked him for his car keys, gave him my bank card & told him to pay for the stuff. I ran out to the car park & locked myself in the car until he came out.

I haven't been able to go back to that Super Market since.

Christmas time is definately a no-no for me, even if I was feeling up to facing the town centre. I do most of my sopping online & my boyfriend does the grocery shopping when he has time off work.

Ah almost everywhere, except I don't go anywhere, so the grocery store when I must. I had to leave for a few hours an all day campus visit with my son a few months back.

I have had to leave plenty of shops (especially busy ones), because I can feel myself freaking out and my facial perspiration getting excessive.
