I got Dentist App next week & i'm having impressions / mould taken

Now whenever i brush my teeth,if i have too much toothpaste in my mouth,i panic coz i can't breath properly & start to Gag

So any tips on not gagging with the mould stuff in my mouth ?
How am i meant to breath ? (have problems breathing through my nose everyday)
do i just hold my breath ?

the best thing i wold say say is. use a little totthe past and when you think you need more to brush your teeth with then put more on your totthbrush

as for breathing.. try and breath out of your nose..it is a littl hard for some people but try and relax your toung because thats what makes most people gag while brushing

Hi, my dentist puts salt under my tongue and it stops the gagging reflex,it works for me as I have a tiny mouth and gag when I got my moulds done but now I dont thanks to the salt ! It works !It will make your mouth water but stops the gagging.

Best of luck! Last time I had moulds taken, I was 15 and had gotten my braces off. It was horrid!!
