I joined the forum today as I have a phobia which has got increasingly worse over the past few years, and escalated into a number of different fears. Just hoping to find some friendly advice, and chat with people who know how I'm feeling.

Its not the most active of forums but if you make a post, generally someone will answer and try and help you. Im sorry you have some issues, how about filling us in a bit and seeing if we have any helpful suggestions.
