Hi
Hi everyone. I am 29 and from Bristol in the UK. I have struggled with a lifelong physical "invisible" illness as well as some possible mental illness. I really don't know where to start with any of them and I'm too ashamed to tell my GP how I'm affected day-to-day, so I've decided to come here in the hope of perhaps building my confidence and in telling my GP eventually as well as relate to anyone else here.

Hi Lotus33 and welcome to the forum. I've been here for quite some time and this is the best place I found where people listen and respond with understanding. Snooks said it best. Nothing to be ashamed of. Smile
