Hypnotherapy and NLP for fear of heights
Hi!
Just wanted to stick a quick post in here to suggest how effective NLP and Hypnotherapy can be for fear of heights. I recently helped a member of our local press to overcome his fear of heights and it highlighted what I love about helping people with phobias i.e. that often people's perception of what they fear will change without them even noticing it- at the start, looking out of an upstairs window was too much for him. by the third session, he had been on the London Eye and felt as if it was completely natural and safe to do so (which it is). There is a link below to the article and I'd recommend anyone who is finding their lives limited by a phobia to try Hypnotherapy/NLP. What is the worst that could happen? http://www.soundmindsystems.co.uk/wordp ... report.pdf Lee |

If that is the case, I'd advise politely refusing unless you happen to have the same fetish. Normally best to ask about such things over the phone before the appointment though. Something you want to share with us Mr. Ian? |
