It's unfortunate your hypnotherapist did such a poor pre-talk.

Most clients will remember every second of their hypnosis session. The truth of the matter is that hypnosis "Feels Like" you sitting there in the chair with your eye's closed. That's it..... Some clients might feel more, but not all. Alot just feel relaxed sitting in the chair with their eye's open. And that is perfectly fine. That is still hypnosis.

In the light stages of hypnosis the client can't usually tell they are hypnotized. Unless the Hypnotherapist uses manual depth testing or technology (like I do).

The chances are you were hypnotized. But the hypnotherapist you were working with did not go thru the proper procedures to verify it for both of you. And that is very unfortunate.

I would suggest finding a Hypnotherapist with more training and more experiance. Then you can have him deal with all of your fear issues with confidence.
