It was going to the movies on my own to see a film I really wanted to see - Prometheus.

After, boy was I glad that I did it! Cool

What would be the name of your autobiography? Contemplate

Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind. Dr Seuss

Courage does not always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, 'I will try again tomorrow'. Mary Anne Radacher

I'd name it Autobiography!005_shappy
...titles shouldn't be misguiding. If it's a boring book, it should have a boring title.Cool

Did you have any pets as a child? What type? And what were they called?Blob5

I'd be a dog, a monkey or a bear, or anything but that vain animal, who is so proud of being rational.

I had a cat named Tammy.

What vegetable did you dislike eating as a child and have you now acquired a taste for it?

^ A good question. Contemplate

I would say... broccoli! 005_ssuprised

Growing up, what was the most memorable part that you played in a school play?

I always got odd parts for some reason. I remember that I've played the part of a thieve, a homeless person and a blind beggar. Oh, and I once played a Spanish monk. All I had to do was to stand in the background and "pray" in Spanish. Seeing as I was the only one in class who spoke the language, I remember that I said the most random things and ended the monologue with 'amen'. Laughing6

Do you talk to yourself when nobody is around?

I'd be a dog, a monkey or a bear, or anything but that vain animal, who is so proud of being rational.

I talk to myself even if my husband is around. He talks to himself as well, especially if he's trying a new work project at home, so we balance out. Smile

What was your best subject in school?

Back in high school... probably English (I know, hard to believe...).

What's the bravest thing you've done this year?

I'd be a dog, a monkey or a bear, or anything but that vain animal, who is so proud of being rational.

I drove an hour away on a busy holiday weekend. I know it doesn't really sound like a brave thing to do but when I think about how anxious I use to get while driving, it seems like a brave thing to me.

What's your favorite holiday?

'Shoot for the moon and if you miss you will still be among the stars' - Les Brown
'No one can make you feel inferior without your consent' - Eleanor Roosevelt

You're braver than me Ana - I can't see myself ever learning to drive because of my social anxiety. Icon_rolleyes

Do you ever get any deja vu moments?

Periodically. I used to when I was younger. I haven't had many deja vu moments in the last few years though.Blob5

Are you good at Jeaopardy?

No, don't watch the show.

Do you like Crossword Puzzles; if so, do you work on easy or difficult ones?

I'm lousy at crossword puzzles. I can't even solve the easy ones. I mean, I have trouble with childrens' crossword puzzles.Laughing6
Words aren't my thing.005_ssuprised

What are your thoughts on snow? Yay or nay?

yay on watching it snow, especially the large snowflakes just drifting to the ground; very peaceful and kind of magical. Do not like it when it's all icy underneath the snow, though, and very easy to slip, fall and really hurt the bottom.Ashamed0002

What are your plans for Christmas Eve/Day?

Tell me about it. I almost killed myself yesterday slipping on some ice.005_ssuprised

On Christmas Eve I'll drive my parents and grandmother up to my uncle's house where we'll celebrate and open presents. On Christmas Day I'll ...do nothing. In Sweden all celebration takes part during Christmas Eve.Blob5

How will you celebrate New Years Eve?

Your plans sound great, Harold!Smile

Staying up with my husband until after midnight watching the New Year come in. We used to watch "Dick Clark's Rockin' Eve", don't know if the show will be on this year though.

Any New Year's Resolutions you're thinking about, or renewing ones that didn't quite work out?
