It's back, unfortunately
My Depression stayed away for a while but has recently come back. Thankfully not as bad as last time but I'm back on Fluoxetine. My Anxiety has been getting worse. I'm still nervous about going out alone in the day, but fine at night. Didn't think I'd feel like this again but at least I know what I'm dealing with this time.

I'm sorry to hear that Lily. confused1 So, did your anxiety/depression go away for a bit? Is there any reason why it would come back again like this? I mean, has anything really stressful happened lately that might have contributed to things?

Anyways, as you said, you know what you're dealing with this time around. You've been through it once before, and you'll work through it once again.
