Haven't been around much the past few weeks.......really struggling to cope at the moment and today seems particularly bad. If it wasn't for my daughter, I would just end it all now, so fed up

I know this is really depressing for a first diary entry, but just needed to let it out....somehow

Nothing ever goes right, everything is so difficult......I just can't do this anymore
The sun is out, should be living life, enjoying life...

You can do it, Kat. shappy I have faith in your happiness.

What's happened lately that's got you down? Anything you want to talk about here? Might help if you just vent a bit.

Re: Kat
Thanks Ana ssmile

It's not one thing in particular, just everything. I cope for a while and then every now and then things just seem to get on top of me, get me down and it all just seems so hopeless, pointless even.
It's a combination of how certain people in my life treat me (I tend to be a bit of a doormat and too nice for my own good sometimes), doubting myself and my own abilities, and having to deal with problems that life throws at us from time to time. Plus, I get really down if I can't do certain things sometimes, social stuff - my anxiety and panic attacks have been getting the better of me the past few days Sad

Re: Kat
I can relate, and I'm sure most of the people here can. Like you said, every time you get on top of things, something happens to set you back, which is pretty depressing at times. It's not pointless though. For all the struggles, the good times make up for it in the end. We just tend to get caught up in the negative stuff because it's so overpowering at times.

Being the doormat's never good, which I'm sure you've already figured out. Some people take good people for granted. I'd suggest that you stop being a good person, but I can't do that. Being a good person pays off in the long run, even if in the present people are walking all over you and taking you for granted.

As for your abilities and doubting yourself, most people never really understand just how strong and able they are. We doubt ourselves until we convince ourselves of over exaggerated weaknesses.

Anyways, hope things get better soon Kat. As I'm sure you already know, you've got this forum to vent to if need be.
