Needle phobia specialist
How many people would find it helpful to have a needle phobia specialist come online to answer your questions?

Obviously I have voted yes because I have a strong fear of needles.

I don't really have a phobia of needles, i'm just scared of the pain and the fact that a long pointy object is being shoved into my veins.
Go for it!

I would definitely find it greatly beneficial and would plan my schedule around such an event.

It wouldn't happen to be the man that runs the needle phobia website from the links forum would it?

I'm asking because I wrote him an email and he wrote me back promptly and was very cordial, concerned and passionate about the issue.

I just wanted to add that everyone should participate whether they are a needle phobe or not, because although whatever it is that triggers you into having phobic-like symptoms might not be needles, it still causes the same panic symptoms, and with most phobias, the treatment and acceptance tactics are the same.

So we will all benefit by having a phobia expert of any sort.

It would be interesting to know how these things are bought under control.
When we have needles, obviously we need to have them, so how do we come to terms with the un-avoidable?

I think bringing a specialist in would be a great idea for those who have a stronge phobia of needles!
I personaly don't but my brother does, and I'd like to be able to ask him a question or two.
