New-old guy...
Hi, This is the bit I dread most; talking about myself... Sad

I found Ofear last night by accident or serendipity after trawling through the yahoo!-groups . Who says insomnia is all bad. Smile I suffer from a couple of phobias: Avoidant personality disorder (AvPD) and Social Phobia (SP) and if that is not enough I have just realised some of you are young enough to be my children. :O

What am I looking for? A safe haven where I do not have to repeatedly explain why I am hiding in the toilet doing breathing exercises. or why my relationships always end in disaster... Hopefully I can also offer something in return; such as a listening ear. Smile

By the way my PMs are switch on if anyone feel too shy to post their question... Wink

Welcome, Shy guy! Smile
Beleive me, here you will not have to explain why things are the way they are for you but we'd definatly love to hear about how you are and how your doing. So, please feel free to post about your day, good or bad.
Listening ears are always welcome; we all need one from time to time!
Take care and I look farward to reading and responding to your future posts.
