Hello, my name is Nikita and I 'm new here. I will be looking around here to see the lay of the land so to speak. Me...just another lady who has panic issues. Looking forward to talking to people here.

Welcome to the forum Nikita.
 When you say that you have panic issues, do you mean that you suffer from panic attacks? Sorry if that's a bit of a stupid question, I just want to clarify. Anyways, I'm sure you'll feel right at home here. Hope to see you around the forum.

Yes, i suffer from panic and anxitey attacks.Also have vertigo. I'm a mess
