Ombrophobia Fear
Hi all I currently am suffering from Ombrophobia. (fear of rain)
It is taking over my life it really is I find myself skipping school because the school I attend has a tin roof, so in class when it rains it sounds really bad. I think the fear has gotten out of hand. I think I have left it too late to get cured. scry I have told myself things like, it's just water, it's a giant sprinkler it won't hurt you and the tin amplifies the noise. Nothing works. Any help would be so very much appreciated. |
