Thumbs Up One step closer..
I had my first dental appointment today in 5 years.

Well thats a lie, I had one 2 years ago but i ran out screaming and didn't dare go back.

I knew i had to have a tooth extracted that was a fault of a previous dentist who didnt insert a filling properly, causing the infection to get worse.

I have to admit this morning i was absoloutely pooing myself. I was crying my eyes out in the waiting room, but the guy who was seeing me was absolutely gorgeous, and i think i was trying to act brave because of this fact.

I didn't cry, i didnt run out, and most importantly i didn't hit the dentist (this time..)

I Have to go back on the 20th to speak to a nurse about sedation for extraction, as that is the only way they'll get me back in the chair.

I wanted to share todays experience as i am EXTREMELY proud of myself.
My parents couldn't believe that i'd made the appointment by choice.

So anyway, not yet cured of my phobia but every step matters!
