I enjoyed the video as well. I know many people who are suffering from social anxiety and I am sure that they will benefit from this video as well. I will be forwarding the link along to them. Thanks for the link.

YW =D I have not signed in on here in a while but got your reply notification and glad you also liked the link. It has been so long since I found it I may even have to go back and watch it again thanks. I'm still doing the TEA form exercise all the time and they really do keep me on an even keel. Take care and nice to meet you.

Just curious Kris... Did you give the TEA forms a try yet? They take some practice but have helped me immensely happy7

How can I still be considered a newbie after nearly two years?

Hi Beachgirl. Wave

That title 'newbie' has nothing to do with how long you've been a member on the forum. It has to do with your post count and, as you can see now, you're no longer a 'newbie'. You've accumulated more than 50 posts, thus your title's changed. It'll change according to how many posts you have. I believe there's an outline of the different titles under the FAQ tab at the top right of the forum. I might be wrong though.

'Shoot for the moon and if you miss you will still be among the stars' - Les Brown
'No one can make you feel inferior without your consent' - Eleanor Roosevelt

I was wrong though, there's not outline of the different ranks and how you achieve each rank.

Aishaa it does not work for me either now? Sorry. It was a pretty good video on using the TEA form exercise from the CBT book by Sam Obitz at www.tao3.com
I use them and they work really well.
