I had forgotten about the games room!
^Banned because Ireland should have won! ...From which country was that song where one guy rapped exaggeratedly in English and the other one sang in Greek or something? Was it Greece? No offence to anyone who likes that song, but I found it hilariously bad. I was on the floor laughing when I heard it . ![]()

Did you like the song that won? I usually kind of understand why a song wins, even if I personally don't like the song. But I honestly don't get why that song won. I found it ...well ugly. ![]() And if you read the newspapers in Sweden, you'd think we'd won. "Yes! 3rd place! Take that Europe!!! We're the best!!!":dodgy:4 It doesn't help that the winning entry was apparently written/composed by a group of Swedes. ![]() Quote:^ Banned for living in a country which came much higher up than the UK in the contest (of course, it would of helped a great deal if our act could have actually given a decent live performance Laughing6 ).Which place did the UK end up on? ![]() ^Banned because of everything I just wrote, and because I can't come up with another reason.

RE: Sneeze and BAN thread! (and spam) but not cram :/
^ Given the mediocre live performance by Blue, the UK ended up coming a respectable 11th place.
This year I can't say one song particularly stood out for me, though I quite liked a few - Switzerland, Spain, Sweden (yes, I did just type Sweden, and no, I'm not just randomly thinking of countries beginning with S! ), UK, Norway and Estonia.I wasn't that keen on the winning song. What's interested about how it scored is that it only got the third highest amount of 12 points (behind Bosnia & Herzegovina, and Italy). I don't remember a single song from Eurovision. I don't know if it's because I have crummy memory, or if it's because the songs are very forgettable.

Multiplication is overrated anyway. I refuse to use anything other than addition and subtraction.
