Symptoms of Agorophobia?..
What physicals symptoms of agorophobia do you get? How do you cope with them?

Re: Symptoms of Agorophobia?..
I usualy just get dizzy, headache, stomach ache, and nausus.
As for coping/dealing with the symptoms, I usualy just try to remind myself that it's caused by my fear. I just try to calm myself down and stop the worrying, in hopes of getting rid of the symptoms. Re: Symptoms of Agorophobia?..
My legs seem to go weak, I have a really bad headache, I start to feel sick, I have a panic attack.
I can't believe just thinking of going outside does this to me. "Black flowers blossom, Fearless on my breath. Teardrops on the fire, Fearless on my breath" Massive Attack - Teardrops |

Re: Symptoms of Agorophobia?..
That's the reason I signed up because no one seems to understand what i'm going through. My boyfriend finds it hard to deal with because he has never known anyone with "the fear" before. He is very supportive but I need people to talk to who can understand.

Its like if there isnt a bandage around it then its not recognised. Its good your boyfriend is supportive but its probably hard for him too not knowing anything about it. Maybe now you will get advice from people here you can discuss things with him and it will help him to better understand what your going through. |

Re: Symptoms of Agorophobia?..
I start to go all dizzy and my legs go weak and I actually am convinced that I am going to collapse. IT's really strange. When I am walking in an open space and start to feel like this, I start running to get out of the space because I really am convinced that I will feint.
