Vegan Omelette
Is this a possibility? sconfused
What would be a good replacement for the eggs in say...a potato omelette?
Sounds quite impossible sconfused

I'd be a dog, a monkey or a bear, or anything but that vain animal, who is so proud of being rational.

Re: Vegan Omelette
I totally just tried a vegan spanish potato omelette scool scool
It actually worked, you just substitute the eggs in the recipe with a bit of flour and some milk or water and it works out great sdrool

I've really missed my spanish omelettes since I stopped eating eggs, I grew up eating them and have always loved them

Interesting.......I'll have to try the flour and milk/water, I'm not too keen on tofu Sad
Did you use soya milk?

Re: Vegan Omelette
Yeah I have trouble with tofu too :?
Apparently it's really good if you cook it the right way but...I just can't get it right

Anyway I still use normal milk, but I think soymilk would work well too Blob5
T he recipe said that the best flour to use would be chick-pea flour, it gives the omelette a special flavour. I couldn't find that flour here though so I just used normal one. But if you can find chick-pea flour you should try it with that Blob5

Are you vegetarian/vegan?
