Who supports you most?
Who supports you the most with your phobia, depression or anxiety? Is is a family member or a close friend. Maybe you therapist? Who supports you the most?

My Grandmother.
I love her to death! happy3

I guess it's easy to talk to her about things, because she suffers from the same things as me.

At the moment, i'd say ofear is supporting me the most. I rarely talk about my phobias and fears in person.

 I forot Ofear!
This forum helps me alot to!

Sometimes, it's easier to talk to people face to face though. Plus, they see my OCD actions, so they understand a bit more.

(Edited to add: A close friend supported me with the break up of my last relationship)

Why do dogs bark?

They are not barking, they are talking in dog. Obviously you don't understand the language.

hehe she can be a bit scary sometimes Wink

my sister is also great, she takes me to all my appointments and affectionately calls me "psycho" but won't let anybody else call me it (i swear she's like the only person in the world i'm scared of, she's the one you don't wanna annoy!)

Re: Who supports you most?
My boyfriend supports me alot. He doesn't understand fully what I am going through but he does everything that I can't do (outside the home) & is always cwtching (hugging) me to make me feel better.

My family are supportive in all ways even financially.

My best friend of 11 years is also very supportive. He also suffers with Depression so we talk online every day.

This forum has helped me loads & I'm glad John told me about it. Everyone here seems to understand what it feels like to be scared & what it feels like to feel down & I feel like I can talk about things without people thinking i'm making things up as no one I know personally suffers with phobias that effect their everyday life.
