Some patterns and hole do make me feel very uneasy, I dunno if I'd say I have trypophobia as it doesn't really affect my life but I do hate looking at them. They make me all itchy and stuff.
However none of these patterns made me feel anything sconfused

I have trypophobia. Triggers are definitely:
Lotus Seed Pods
Cow Tripe (my grandma/mom used to make this in soup and I would leave the house because I couldn't stand it. They've stopped now...)
that frog with the eggs on its back (but only when the eggs are collapsed)
mesh, but only sometimes... when there's something underneath it, but not right underneath it. Not flush to it...

I've noticed that these gross me out only when looking straight at the holes. side views are usually ok. Also, it's not all holes, pumice stones, sponges, etc are ok... the one's that terrify me are holes where it looks like something is coming out of them... (like the lotus seed pods).

I'm really hoping someone can find a cure for this... It's horrible to live with because everyone thinks it's a ridiculous thing to be afraid of, but I literally get itchy and feel like things are crawling all over me when I see them.
