Does anyone get anxious when stuck in a traffic jam? Do you get a feeling of not being able to escape? I know some people are of when they are on familiar territory but when they use alternative routes the panic is much worse.

yes i have been there before, really scary even though it might be a couple of miles from my home and in a traffic jam, its really scary,
