It's a support group for anxiety problems anyway, and for all ages. So...maybe just a few of them would actually suffer from social problems. And out of those few, maybe just one or two would be around my own age. I doubt I'd get along with them
Yeah, I guess there'd be quite a 'variety' of ages and problems there.

Even if you weren't to make friends though, I think something like that's good. Just being able to go somewhere, be social, and talk/listen to people who understand.

I think I'd be up to meeting a person 1-1 after chatting with them for a while, and seeing that we have similar problems. I'm desperate enough to give that a try even if it scares me to death. But a support group...I don't think it's for me
Well, that's good.

Have you gotten an answer back from that girl you emailed?

Are you sure Cowie? There has to be something in the Toronto area? Maybe it's a bit of a trip, but it's not as if you'd need to go everyday. So maybe you could find one in Toronto?

The only thing I found locally was an adults depression group.

I'm not really depressed, so it wouldn't be fair for me to go to that.
As for Toronto or any of the other cities, that's too far to travel for something like that.

I doubt anyone would drive me.
